Startup Women

The Startup Women has been scaled into an annual program, allowing for more women-identifying entrepreneurs to be engaged and give longer lasting support.

In an effort to connect women entrepreneurs with ecosystem support, the 2022 Startup Women program will allow founders to engage in free, one-on-one sessions. Interested entrepreneurs will be able to choose to connect with expert mentors, private sector partners, and startup support organizations to seek guidance, and support to build their business across various industries in the early stages of their business.

The entrepreneurship journey can be a long and difficult one for women founders – but with the help of connections, we can all play a role in helping each other achieve success.

The Startup Women program is powered by Startup Canada, presented by The Scotiabank Women Initiative and in partnership with BDC, EDC, Google, TD, UPS and Youth Stream partner Desjardins.
